𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗗/𝗖𝗼𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦&𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 participated in the dissemination event of the WINEgROVER Project “Precision Farming Systems in the wine sector”, through António Pinto, who presented the communication “Precision Viticulture”.
The event, organized by INOVA+ and inserted in the FNA 2023, took place on June 6 and aimed to promote technological innovation in the vineyard, agronomic management of plants, strategies to maximize the quality of the grape and increase its resilience to pesticides and diseases, as well as adaptation to climate change.
𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗗/𝗖𝗼𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦&𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 participated, through António Pinto, in the Event “Regenerative Viticulture” which took place on June 2 at the Favaios Winery.
The event was attended by Filipa Tereso and Pedro Tereso, from Agrosustentável, to address topics such as “Plant Health”, “Sap Analysis in the control of pests and diseases” and “Functional Biodiversity in increasing the resilience of the viticultural ecosystem”.
ADVID/CoLAB VINES&WINES is participating in the 44th World Vine and Wine Congress, through Leonor Pereira, who today presented the communication “Viticulture under climate change: a case study on a water scarcity model”.
The event, which runs from June 5 to 9 in Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz, brings together experts in the fields of viticulture and oenology, as well as health, safety, law and economics related to wine production.
“Viticulture and information technologies” is the theme of the Congress, which is jointly organized by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
The 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗗/𝗖𝗼𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦&𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 participated yesterday, represented by Micael Santos and Leonor Tunes, in the 2nd edition of 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗱𝗼 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝟰𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗩.
The event aimed to bring together the key players of the SCTN, promote collaborative activities and foster the co-creation of innovative solutions, the participants debated some of the current business challenges presented by several companies, such as Efacec, RDD Textiles, SIBS, NOS SGPS, AGIF, SVDR AND Cleanwatts – as well as establish links through team building activities.
ADVID/CoLAB VINES&WINES participated in the Horizon Europe’s Soil Mission Workshop: implementation of Living Laboratories in Portugal, which took place this morning at UTAD, in Vila Real.
The event aimed to present the Soil Mission; clarify the concept and criteria to which regional Living Laboratories and European clusters eligible for funding under Horizon Europe must comply; and discuss possible approaches and different Living Laboratories on soil health that would be possible and desirable to install in Portugal.
The 3rd Session with Stakeholders – Precision viticulture services for a more sustainable vineyard management, held under the project 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘀, took place on May 12, at Quinta do Bomfim, Pinhão.
𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗗/𝗖𝗼𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦&𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 participated, through Leonor Pereira, in the round table “Viticulture 4. 0 and satellite data , the end-user experience” to discuss the needs, barriers and challenges in the adoption of new technologies, as well as the role of associations and CoLABs in the promotion and implementation of digital tools in the wine sector.
